Return & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation:
  • If cancellation is requested before shipping, that is, within 24 hours of placing an order, full refund will be processed.
  • For partial cancellation of an order, email your cancellation request to [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours of placing the order if a cancellation is requested then the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.

 

  1. Return:
  • The return request needs to be placed within 7 days from the time of delivery.
  • Products will be eligible for return if it is delivered in a damaged condition or in case of delivery of an incorrect product.
  • For size issues, the product will be exchanged.
  • Return requests, including photos and other details, will be verified by the team before approval.
  • Customers are requested to record a video of opening the parcel, which needs to be shared with our team in case of return requests for any damaged product.
  • The company will deduct a fixed amount (to cover courier and bank charges) against the return request.
  • Return will be contingent on the availability of original untampered tags and packaging, without any prior usage of or damage to the product.
  • The company will not be liable for any return/exchange made without prior intimation to the team, along with all relevant details, photos and unboxing video.
  • Return requests will not be entertained if a customer accepts delivery of a tampered parcel. We request customers not to accept tampered/opened/damaged parcel from the courier company.

 

  1. Refund:
  • The company will deduct a fixed amount (to cover courier and bank charges) against return requests.
  • Verification and approval of any refund request will take up to 2 working days.
  • The refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.

 

  1. Products purchased on sale and special offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. (Damaged products are an exception, in which case customers are requested to provide relevant details, photos, and unboxing video.)
  2. Customised products are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
